Matteo Thun, born in Bolzano, Italy, was a founding member of the iconic Memphis Group and has worked extensively across Europe and Asia. Antonio Rodriguez, originally from Spain, joined the studio in the 1990s and became a partner in 2003, leading the product design division. Together, they head a multidisciplinary team that creates everything from large-scale architectural projects to intimate, detail-focused product designs.

Their approach emphasizes functionality, environmental responsibility, and emotional resonance. Whether designing a building, a faucet, or a lighting fixture, Thun and Rodriguez prioritize user wellbeing, natural materials, and visual harmony — aiming to design not just for the present, but for the long term.
